Thanks for stopping by and being a part of my journey. I am so glad to have you here and I hope as I share with you, you will also share with me about your own journey.
I initially started this blog as a brand spanking new Military wife, looking to stay in touch with friends and family from home. Ahh Chicago, home sweet home!

I thought I would update about my adventures running across the world as a Military wife. But, the blog entries didn't last long. It wasn't for lack of desire, but probably more lack of confidence that anyone would want to read what I wrote (and maybe lack of discipline). But, more on that later.
I started running to increase my fitness, challenge hubby's PT scores, and have something I could call my own. Through multiple moves, deployments, schools and trainings, and a baby, running has been my buddy. It has helped me connect to people, the community, and myself.

And, it led me to other fitness challenges and opportunities, most recently BeachBody. I've dabbled with Beachbody before trying out P90x (the original), doing TurboFire with a friend, and participating in Body Pump at my gym. Most recently though, I found my "soul program" (termed by my coach and dear friend Misha) in 21 Day Fix. I love the quick workouts that fit in with my busy schedule, I love the portion control lessons I learned from the containers used in the nutrition program, and I fell in love AGAIN with fitness. Even more I saw that my hard work paid off and I saw results! So, logically I decided to take it a step further and become a Beachbody coach myself.
With all of this running and the success I have achieved with Beachbody I was bound to find some confidence in that mix. And that led me back here, to share my story with you and hopefully inspire and support others looking to make changes and be in charge of their fitness in a totally fun and supportive way.
